Hi, I’m Erin!
My love for fitness started with my own journey of stepping into the gym and slowly falling in love with living an active lifestyle. What began as something personal quickly turned into a passion for helping other women experience that same confidence and joy.
I truly believe fitness has the power to transform not just your body, but your mindset. As women, it can be tough to stay committed when results don’t happen overnight, which is why having the right support matters. I’m here to keep you motivated and help you build a routine that you actually enjoy.
I’ve been training since August of 2025 and have had the opportunity to work with women of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to help you go beyond just reaching your goals, but to create a routine you look forward to, show up for yourself with consistency, and grow into the strongest, most confident version of you.
All training sessions are to be paid in full at time of sign-up. Sessions are 45-60 minutes. First session will include a consultation and assessment.

Safety/Equipment
Safety and Equipment training for anyone.
Achieve your fitness goals at The Bar Fitness. Work with a trainer to learn the proper way to use equipment and ensure safety.
This is a requirement of any child 8 to 15 who would like to workout along side parent.
This is not a training session. This is for equipment training and learning proper form and safety protocols.
