Safety/Equipment 

Safety and Equipment training for anyone.

Achieve your fitness goals at The Bar Fitness. Work with a trainer to learn the proper way to use equipment and ensure safety. 

This is a requirement of any teen 12-15 who would like to workout. 

​This is not a training session. This is for equipment training and learning proper form and safety protocols. 

45 - minute sessions.
