Welcome to the The Bar Fitness help center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you offer Child Care?
We provide an unstaffed, child-proofed Kids Room.
This is a room for children of all ages to enjoy while you workout.
This room can be used at your own risk!
What are your business hours?
Members can access the facility 24 hours a day.
We do not have business hours but I am available to assist anytime by calling/texting: Annabelle 251-550-9494
Are children allowed entry?
Absolutely!
We have a kid area for all ages, this is free of charge and used at your own risk.
Kids between the ages of 8 and 15 that want to workout along side a parent need to go through safety/equipment training first. They can then linked to your membership for only $10 a month.
They must workout along side of the parent, they are not allowed to attend the gym alone.
Visit the personal fitness training tab to sign them up.
16+ will need their own membership.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes! You can grab a 7-day pass for only $5
One week. All the vibes.
No commitment.

Is there a contract?
No!
We have membership options for auto-withdraw or for month to month.
There are no fees associated with cancelling your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go!
We understand life happens sometimes. There are 3 easy ways to do this:
- Visit the member portal
- Go to membership section on the app
- or send us an email requesting cancellation
Be sure to cancel 3-5 days before payment is due to avoid being charged for next month.
There are no refunds on membership fees.
